No, Turkish citizens can enter Morocco visa-free and stay up to 90 days. A mutual visa exemption agreement has been in place between Turkey and Morocco since 2007.
For stays longer than 90 days, you need to apply to the local police station for a residence permit (Carte de Séjour). Staying more than 90 days for tourist purposes is not possible.
The Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is the official currency. 1 USD is approximately 10 MAD. Euro and USD can be easily exchanged in major cities.
