Who should use this route?
Use it only where the founder can explain an innovative product, market problem, execution plan and an active role in the Lithuanian company. Startup Lithuania says the business idea must be deemed suitable by its experts. Passive investment and conventional trading need a different immigration analysis.
Build the file in two workstreams
Keep the innovation assessment and migration file separate but consistent.
