No, Turkish citizens have been able to enter Brazil visa-free since 2010. You can stay up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Only your valid passport is needed.
Yes, after the initial 90 days, you can request an additional 90-day extension by applying to the Brazilian Federal Police (total 180 days). The extension application must be made before the initial 90-day period expires.
If traveling to the Amazon region and some inland areas, the yellow fever vaccination is strongly recommended. The vaccination certificate (ICV) should be obtained at least 10 days before travel.
